Coffee and chocolates are caffeine rich foods. It mostly results into headache because of its vasoconstrictive property. In layman’s term, the blood vessels tend to get smaller in diameter. On the opposite, vasoconstriction just not cause trigger of migraine but also prevent occurrence of such. Ironic may it seem but this is applicable to caffeine addicts. A day without coffee would stimulate headaches as its symptoms.

Tyramine rich foods mostly found in dairy products are also examples of migraine triggering foods. Often times, this factor is taken for granted especially if you don’t have any idea about tyramine as a migraine contributor There is really no need to worry if dairy products are included in your daily meals, as long as intakes is in control it definitely wouldn’t cause any harm.

Most foods these days are instantaneous. From noodles to processed meats -everything comes in easy preparations. Although this is an advantage to many, it still has bad effects to your health. Processed meats are rich in nitrates, a major activator for headache. You must bear in mind that eating processed goods should not be continuous.

Spices and additives found in every kitchen can also be the cause of your headaches. Almost all spices have strong and pungent odors galling the sense of smell that is why it often results to migraine every after cooking.

Salad dressing completes the entire salad preparation. It’s the one responsible in giving an exceptional and distinctive taste to different mixed greens. Salad dressing is also included in the foods that trigger headaches. This can be due to the combination of different condiments, resulting to a strong effect in the body that yielded migraines.

Figuring out foods that trigger headache is the initial step for you to overcome migraine. Making a list of all possible triggering factors can aid in identifying foods that greatly affect your body. Try to investigate and after spotting out these foods, control your intake. This will surely help you to be migraine-free
