Morning illness is a genuine curse in early pregnancy. It can take away the pleasure and excitement of early pregnancy. There are numerous ideas about what to eat if you’re going through nausea. Below you’ll find some of the most handy diet pointers that may help reduce queasiness, puking, food dislike and food longings in pregnancy.

      i sufferd like mad with morning sickness at all times of the day!
      Ok if you can get someone to bring you a cuppa in bed before you get up in the morning it helps for a start. also a plain biscuit(cookie) or plain toast. When that has settled you might feel well enough to get up.
      Other things I found helped a biit were anything with ginger, not the fizzy drinks particularly, but you can for instance get ginger biscuits (cookies) or eat crystalised ginger.
      I found I went off coffee and mostly tea too. Peppermint tea was very settling and I also found I liked jasmine tea. It is such a delicate flavour.
      I was ill all the way through all three of my pregnancies so these were the things that helped me!
      Try not to eat too much at a time, but also not to have too long gaps between snacks! I found little and often the key. I carried round something plain with me…digestives, biscuits (you call them let me see what…humm, sorry something grhams?You know the ones you grind up for the base of cheesecakes!) They are excellent.
      You need startch fixes, so I found pasta was great, as was fairly dry toast, and rice.
      You want to avoid fats for some reason they make you feel worse.

Water can sometimes hurt an empty stomach, so try ginger ale with the bubbles stirred out (carbonation can also hurt your stomach), powerade or gatorade, or juice, if you can manage it.

      Other things that might work for you are popsicles or ices, and fruit–a lot of miserably pregnant women find that they CAN eat fruit, so try out different kinds if that appeals at all. For me, I found that I could eat (at different times) strawberries, grapefruit, and thinly sliced golden delicious apples. It was weirdly specific, but it kept me alive!

      You might also want to try adding peanut butter to your crackers. Peanut butter has protein, which will make you feel better if you can keep it down.

      This is a really difficult time; I totally understand what you are going through. When I had morning sickness (I am 17 weeks in my first pregnancy; morning sickness went away at about 12 weeks) I never thought I was going to make it through the day.

      The best advice that I got from the OB nurse was to eat absolutely anything that I could keep down. For about 6 weeks I was only able to eat certain things-for example the sight and smell of both beef and chicken made me sick to my stomach, so I tried to supplement the lost protein with things like cheese, nuts and milk. I also learned never to force myself to eat anything that I couldn’t stand the smell of.

      I also caught on that I felt the worst when my stomach was empty. One moment you might be feeling okay and the next you are hit with a bout of nausea. I learned to always have food on hand. Throw some granola bars or crackers in your purse for when you are out and you need food right away.

      The secret is-when you are feeling so horrible and nauseous, much of the time, eating is the LAST thing that you want to do. And even the sight of food might make you sick; yet you need to eat in order for it to improve a little. I also learned that even now, when I have been over my morning sickness, I still get nauseous when my stomach is empty. The nausea will go away within seconds/moments of eating something.

      I remember feeling so awful only a few weeks ago that whenever anyone told me that I would ‘feel better in a few weeks’ I would get really upset, because the way I felt, I thought it would never ever go away. I have never found a complete ‘cure’ for morning sickness, yet you will learn these little things that make it bearable. You will start to feel better in a few weeks, and it will be a distant memory of the past :-)

    I am currently 2 months pregnant and am loosing the Morning (Afternoon an Night) Sickness Battle so far, do any of you moms out there have some good tips that may have worked for you? I have already tried the Lemon Juice an Lemon trick as well as the Ginger Ale an Soda Crackers so if you have ideas please do share I would appreciate the help!

      -Don’t allow yourself to become hungry.
      -Protein is supposed to help nausea. Try eating peanut butter on toast with a carbonated beverage before getting out of bed in the morning.
      -Do not drink large amounts of water with meals or for an hour after eating.
      -Seabands. They are fabric wrist bands with hard plastic buttons that push into a pressure point on your inner wrist. Inexpensive, but a little uncomfortable.
      -Hard candy…try Preggie Pops from Motherhood Maternity or Babies R Us, or peppermint candy.
      -Take your prenatal vitamins mid-day instead of morning or at night

      I’m in my third trimester and still suffering from all-day sickness. The only thing that has worked for me is prescription Phomethazine. It is safe to take during pregnancy, so don’t hesitate to ask your doctor for an anti-nausea medication if it becomes necessary.

      poor you, i had hyperemesis for the whole duration of my second pregnancy and probably spent about half of it in hospital on drips so i understand. from my experience nothing worked that anyone said-not even the anti sickness pills and i tried quite a number of different ones. you could try to keep a packet of dry biscuits next to you at all times and when you have a moment where you feel you could keep something down, have a nibble. although it was a traumatic pregnancy and i swore id never have another 5 years on and im now 19weeks pregnant with my third and not had any sickness this time, so just look forward to your baby coming along and the future…..as hard as it may seem at this moment in time. good luck :)

      You shouldn’t go for too long without eating as this is when you will feel sick so carry a snack with you at all times. Have some dry biscuits or bread by the bed to have before you get up and move around. lots of small meals, a large one can be disastrous! Apparently ginger combats nausea so ginger tea and ginger biscuits are supposed to help, although they didn’t work for me. Good luck, the first trimester is the worst, you will feel fine when its over.

    Help! Do you have an tips for morning sickness?
    I am experiencing nausea 24 hours a day and it’s awful. I saw my GP yesterday and he was no help at all. Despite the fact that i am losing weight because i am hardly eating and am dizzy due to lack of food, this doesn’t seem to matter. All he said was ‘ oh well, most women find nausea disappears by 12 weeks’. That is another 5 weeks away!!

      I really feel for you. Doctors can be totally useless with all aspects of pregnancy (especially male ones) it’s just not straight-forward, by-the-book, or scientific enough for them, lol.
      Try taking some water crackers or ginger biscuits to bed with you at night, and eating some before you get out of bed, try not to make jerky movements, and smell food before you eat it, if the smell makes you feel a little funny, it will likely make you sick-try to stick to plain foods, and don’t beat yourself up if you find it difficult to maintain a balanced diet, just eat things that you can keep down (even if it is only plain pasta/soft bread) baby will get all it needs from supplies you have built up, and once the nausea has passed, there will be plenty of time to eat right then.

    33 weeks pregnant with 3rd child! Been sick everyday since i found out. the further along in preg im gettin im being more sick up to 3-4 times aday.     I’m 7 weeks pregnant and have horrible morning sickness. Any tips on handling this?

      My friend had horible morning sickness during her entire prenancy. Her doc told her it had something to do with blood sugar and she should eat small snacks throughout the day including if she woke up during the middle of the night or something. So she kept crackers/cookies by her bedside and would eat a couple when she woke up.

      Avoid foods and smells that trigger nausea.

      Drink fewer fluids with your meals.

      Acupuncture has been one of the best techniques to cure morning sickness.

      And morning sickness is different for eveyone but for me it lasted into my 14th week. This I think is the same for most people as this is when the hormone levels tend to stabilize and level off. The only thing that seemed to help me was to eat ginger nut biscuits. A woman in my work told me and it really worked. But I am unsure whether it was just psychological.

      A tip a friend gave me that worked wonders for me is to keep some dry crackers beside your bed and eat a couple before you get up. My sister in law swore by ginger tea when she was pregnant. I also carried around some ginger biscuits (cookies), the sweetness and the ginger helped me a lot.

    anyone know helpfull tips for morning sickness?
    i am just 6 weeks pregnant and for the last few days i have been very nuasiated, today is the first time i vomited, i cant do this again, with my first child i vomited everyday till i was 5 months pregnant, i had blood blisters in my throught from all the vomiting, can any one give me any usefull tips that worked for them? i need help, i have a 2 year old that needs my attention, i need to feel better, what are the chances of it going on as long as the first time?

      YES I DO!! GInger everything. Ginger infused water, ginger ale, candied ginger, ginger candies….see a pattern here :) Eating a few saltene crackers before getting out of bed, keeping food in your belly as bet you can. Avoid foods that make you queesy, Eat what you are hungry for…drink plenty of water. I had really bad morning sickness and the best thing for me was ginger infused water and the saltines before I got out of bed. Best wishes!

      Ginger Ale helped me a lot. Just sipping it, not gulping it down. I’d drink that before I even got out of bed some mornings (I kept a bottle by my bed).

      The small meals didn’t do a thing for me, either.

      Popsicles helped me. So did hard candies like Jolly Ranchers and Life Savers.

      Also, I found that certain smells (even GOOD smells) made me feel sick. I kept some fresh Lavender and Basil in my purse and whenever I’d get around something that smelled weird, I’d sniff the Lavender & Basil LOL I’m sure I looked weird, but I’d have looked weirder if I was puking.

      lemonade
      lemon popsicles
      Preggo pops
      suck on peppermints
      drink peppermint tea

      Keep something on your tummy at all times. Letting your tummy get empty makes you more likely to get nausious. Keep some saltines or cereal bars or something in your purse. Keep crackers on your bedside table. If you wake at night, eat a couple. Have hubby bring you a snack before you even get out of bed in the morning. Protein foods can also help. Carry a handkerchief that has been sprinkled with peppermint essential oil. (Put it into a ziplock bag in your purse.) Sniff it if you feel queasy.

      I was the same as you, it was awful! I found eating little and often helped and ginger biscuits. I didn’t manage a full meal until I was about 16 weeks! Good luck

      Keep something in your tummy…usually bland things like crackers or toast work well. If your stomach is empty, you’ll tend to feel sick.

      Try not to drink too much water too fast–sip on it, and perhaps include a carbonated beverage to sip on. That helped me.

      You can try ginger candies or peppermints to help soothe your stomach as well. Ask your doctor about taking extra vitamin B6.

      Unfortunately, there is no cure for the morning sickness other than time (you’ll probably feel better once the second trimester rolls around.) For now, just relax when you can, and eat whatever you can handle (even if it isn’t super healthy).

    It’s a job where I am with customers all day and walking around the store
    I am only 6 weeks and already starting to feel sick

    I work morning shifts 9-11 and then somedays I have to go back to work from 4:30-6:30 (I work with a company for home health care thats why my schedule is like that) and it is so hard for me to get up in the morning.       I (thankfully) didnt experience too bad morning sickness myself but I have heard that if you eat a biscuit or something while still in bed before you get up, it helps.

      Try an Arnotts Ginger nut biscuit because ginger is said to be great for nausea during pregnancy.

    Any tips on extreme morning sickness?
    I was really sick w/my 1st pregnancy, but this 2nd one is killing me. I am having to pull over on the side of the road just to puke. My extremely energetic 20 month old obviously doesnt understand mommy is sick and sure doesnt help any! I’m trying warm tea which helps some, but I just can’t go on like this much longer, I am in tears half the day because I am so nauseous and pukey.       I too had morning sickness w/ my first, but it didn’t even compare to the morning sickness (All day sickness) I had w/ my current pregnancy. I would throw up all the time, and just like you, even when I was driving. It was awful. I tried everything I could think of…eating crackers before I got out of bed, drinking sprite or 7 up to try and settle my stomach, eating small frequent meals…nothing helped. I ended up talking to my doctor about it, she prescribed me a medication called Compazine. It definitely stopped my throwing up, but I still felt nauseous. I ended up decided not to take it because it made me feel worse to feel sick to my stomach but not have anything come up. I just made sure to drink lots of water/fluids to make sure that I stayed hydrated. I ended up losing about 10lbs during the first trimester. My morning sickness finally went away between 16-17 weeks.

      Talk to you doctor. There may be other medicines out there that you can try besides the one I took. Good luck…and hopefully the morning sickness will subside soon.

    Its just kicked in the last few days. And today it is awful.
    I cant even contemplate eating anything, but I feel weak for it.

      It’s very difficult if you work in an office where you can’t eat at your desk but i find that eating small amounts often does help keep it at bay. If i let myself get too hungry i just feel worse. Drink plenty of water and get lots of rest. If your not allowed to eat at your desk then i’d explain the situation to your boss or if you don’t wan to do that then try drinking something more filling like cup-a-soup or milkshakes.     I just found out i was pregnant a few weeks ago, and the morning sickness started this week. I’m a mess. My husband is sick of me being sick all day all night, and so am I. I know it’s not a curable thing or anything, but I’m just looking for some tips here.

    I can’t eat, and I know it’s not healthy.

    Help please.
    A few of you have had some things about my husband. This is the first time for both of us, and we’re both stressed, I know that’s not good for the baby or us, but we’re trying.

    The thing about him, is he’s kind of queasy. Which is strange in a man, I know, but it’s him. And he really doesn’t like having to follow me into the bathroom to get me water or a towel or whatever.

      Try not to stress. Stress makes it worse. It sounds like you are stressed from your husband’s attitude and your worry that it is not healthy. Your body knows what it is doing. Many women go through this and eat hardly anything for the first month or two they are pregnant and the baby is fine. This early on the baby has very little nutritional requirements. When it is time, your body will signal you with hunger and let you eat what you need for your baby.

      Tell your husband you need extra love and support now. Even if you need to stay in bed all day and can’t cook or clean he should understand this and not give you a hard time. You are carrying his child and now is his time to step up as a man and take care of you.

      Also, eat foods that are bland. Plain toast, rice, apples, bananas, crackers, etc. Sipping carbonated beverages may help settle your stomach too. Avoid OJ and milk right now, those might upset your stomach. And ginger is supposed to fight nausea so try to find some crystalized ginger. They will probably have this at a specialty store like Trader Joe’s.

      Eat small meals often. Don’t let your stomach get empty because when it is empty is when you become nausous. Make yourself eat a little something every hour or so, even if it is just a few crackers.

      Remember this will pass. It can be hell for a month or so but it rarely lasts beyond the first trimester.

      First of all, once you ARE 6-7 weeks IS when morning sickness actually starts to happen..lol

      I never threw up once when i was pregnant, but during the first 2 months I did feel nueseated 24/7

      This really works–trust me,,

      Take a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar (after eating something lite), and this prevent vomiting, cures even the stomach flu, even food poisening!

      It takes gross, but gulp it down..and I swear by this.it even helps cures heartburn and other problems–plus its natural and wont harm the fetus. ;)

      Again, take it everytime you feel sick–and within 15 min it should go away,

      If it taste too gross, get a cup of ice cold coke (soda), and pour the Apple Cider Vinegar in it, and drink it like you are taking a shot of alcohal..works wonders.

      The most important thing right now is to stay hydrated. You really don’t want to be dehydrated, so drink as much as possible. Take small sips so as not to overwhelm your stomach. Water can sometimes hurt an empty stomach, so try ginger ale with the bubbles stirred out (carbonation can also hurt your stomach), powerade or gatorade, or juice, if you can manage it.

      Other things that might work for you are popsicles or ices, and fruit–a lot of miserably pregnant women find that they CAN eat fruit, so try out different kinds if that appeals at all. For me, I found that I could eat (at different times) strawberries, grapefruit, and thinly sliced golden delicious apples. It was weirdly specific, but it kept me alive!

      You might also want to try adding peanut butter to your crackers. Peanut butter has protein, which will make you feel better if you can keep it down.

      You should try having very small “meals”–a bite of a cracker here and there when you can stomach it. A lot of people find that keeping crackers or something light next to their bed and taking a few bites before they even get out of bed in the morning. You will feel worse if your stomach is empty, so keeping food in it–even just a little bit–will help stave off the misery.

      If nothing else works, talk to your doctor and see if you can get antinausea medication like reglan or zofran.

      Well I once read in a magazine that when you get morning sickness you are not eating enough, so try adding 1,000 calories to your everday diet, it should help greatly, it worked with my sister, and yes if my idea doesn’t work the items listed above should help and ginger ale would be good if you want to stay away from soda,

    I am 91/2 weeks pregnant with my first and suffering very bad with sickness. i was on holiday in Caribbean and it started dead on 6 weeks. the second week of the holiday was horrendous i hardly came out room. i didn’t eat for 4 days and lost a stone, even the smell or thought of the food there made me throw up!!

    Its got a bit easier but still can only face eating toast, crisps and appetiser!! ive tried ginger, barley sugar etc but nothing. im worried im not getting any nutrition with what im eating. GP said just to get calories into me but i really force myself to eat even though i know its coming back up soon!! any more help please?? will it pass at 12 weeks?? ive already had 2 days off work as i work in a warm busy hospital and its a nightmare!!
    Im only taking folic acid so far. what other vitamins would help?

    Promethegan (Promethazine) Suppositories for morning sickness?
    I called my RE today just to get tips on managing morning sickness. Well, instead they prescribed Promethegan suppositories for me saying that would help. The nurse said they were safe.

    Well I got them, but after googling them, found they are a pregnancy class C drug – not proved as safe yet. No matter how sick I feel, I won’t take something that might hurt my baby. Anyone know anything about them?

    Need Advice and Tips on dealing with morning sickness?
    For the past 2 weeks, I have been getting intense nausea and food aversion. I know I have to eat and try my best to stuff food down my throat, but the nausea feeling is too strong. I have the urge to throw up. Although I haven’t thrown up (Thank goodness), it doesn’t make this morning sickness easier to deal with.

    I really need any advice and tip on dealing with this issue. I need to eat so I can gain an appropriate amount of weight.

      The bad news is that the nausea and vomiting associated with pregnancy, commonly called morning sickness, affects about half of all pregnant women. The good news is that there are many remedies to try and if one of them doesn’t work for you, very likely another one will. If all else fails, just hang on to the fact that most women are finished with morning sickness by the beginning of their fourth month.

      We’ve collected a whole variety of the various home remedies that may help with soothing your morning sickness. There is bound to be something here to help no matter whether your morning sickness consists of a little morning nausea or the all day eat and throw up variety. However, be sure to contact your caregiver if the nausea and vomiting becomes unbearable or causes you to lose weight.

      Ø Get plenty of rest.

      Ø Chew your food thoroughly.

      Ø Make sure your stomach is never completely empty. Carry fruit, cheese and/or crackers around with you to nibble on throughout the day.

      Ø Keep a snack by the bed for when you get up during the night to visit the bathroom or soothe one of the kids.

      Ø Also keep a snack by the bed to eat before you lift your head from the pillow in the morning. Then, get up slowly.

      Ø Drink red raspberry leaf, peppermint, squaw vine or spearmint tea.

      Ø Drink ginger tea made by boiling some ginger root in water. Strain it and add honey to sweeten.

      Ø Wear motion sickness bands on your wrists.

      Ø To avoid actually vomiting, try grasping your tongue with a piece of cloth and pulling gently but firmly.

      Ø If you are vomiting a lot, try limiting your diet to a single food, one that you know you can tolerate. Add one additional food per day as you can tolerate them.

      Ø Put three drops of lavender essential oil and one of peppermint in a diffuser or humidifier to scent the air.

      Ø Place a cool lavender scented compress on your forehead and a warm lavender compress over your rib cage.

      Ø Get a massage with chamomile massage oil.

      Ø Drink liquids between rather than with meals.

      Ø Avoid greasy foods.

      Ø Snack on ginger snap cookies, homemade and with real ginger, if possible.

      Ø Chew gum.

      Ø Get regular, gentle exercise.

      Ø Increase your intake of vitamin B6.

      Ø Try taking your vitamins later in the day.

      Ø Try changing your iron supplement.

      Ø Give in to your food cravings.

      Ø Sip a carbonated beverage.

      Ø Get plenty of fresh air.

      Ø Try tart flavors; lemonade, sour pickles, etc.

      Ø Don’t brush your teeth immediately after eating.

      Ø Lie completely still with your eyes closed.

      Ø Suck on frozen popsicles, especially lemonade.

      You have a 50/50 chance having it either way you go.
      Saltine crackers were my best friends when I felt sick.
      With you being that early, I doubt you would have it, but everybody’s different;
      I didn’t start having morning sickness until I was around 6 weeks pregnant, & it stopped when I was 12 weeks.

    I’m only 7 weeks, but the past week has been HELL.     Tips to help with morning sickness?
    I am almost 9 weeks pregnant, and have had horrible nausea and vomitting for about 4.5 weeks now. I was prescribed an anti-nauseant/anti-vomitting medicine a while ago, but find it doesn’t work for me. I’ve tried a lot of the typical things that are supposed to help (like eating small, bland meals; eating crackers before getting out of bed; drinking ginger ale, avoiding fatty, greasy foods, etc.) but I’m not finding much relief. I’m wondering if any of you out there had any special “tricks” that worked for you…things that may not be heard of necessarily, but you’d swear by it? At this point, I’m willing to try pretty much anything. Any help would be appreciated.

    And FYI, I am ensuring that I’m getting enough fluids so I don’t become dehydrated. I don’t want to do anything to hurt the baby…I just want to feel better!

      Have you tried ensure? It helped me. Since it wasn’t food, I was able to keep it down and it had vitamins and nutrients to help til my stomach got better. Also try drinking milk before a meal, if it stays down, then eat a small meal, and see if that helps. Sometimes milk will coat your stomach and help.

    I have such great news, i 6w2d pregnant!!!

    We found out on my birthday (saturday just gone) but this is the first chance i have had to come online to let all my contacts know, to those of my contacts who i know through facebook too please don’t mention it on there at all!! As we are keeping between ourselves and close family

    We also got pregnant without our 2nd IVF cycle, we did it on our own the metformin i am taking for my PCOS actually helped me get pregnant!!

    Morning Sickness…I’m So Scared..?
    This is my 3rd pregnancy, I’m 4-5wks preg, and the nauseous feeling has started already. I haven’t actually vomited, but the constant sickly feeling is so bad, and I’m finding that the only thing to cure it is eating!!!! With my first pregnancy I had sickness from 6-16wks and then again from 35-40wks…but with my second pregnancy, I had sickness from 6-40 weeks non stop, I lost weight, became very ill, and really suffered. To put it bluntly, I’m terrified of getting it that bad again, and my docs refused to give me any anti sickness tablets last time because it was “normal”…yeah right!

    Does anyone have any proven tips for preventing morning sickness, or at least making this sickly feeling a bit more tolerable?

      Try preggie pops/queasy pops. Google them and order them online. They are sweets and lollies designed for morning sickness. They reeally helped me when i was at my wits end with the sickness. It will pass eventually…hang on in there :)

      Im pregnant with my first, and ive been a nervous wreck the whole time. But im getting better little by little :)

      As for the morning sickness:

      When you wake up in the morning suck on a cinnamon jolly rancher (this is what my dr reccomended) or drink sprite/ginger ale, or eat crackers. Just try to make sure your stomach never gets empty, that seems to help. Good luck & Congrats!

    I am now 9 weeks pregnant and have been feeling really nauseous for the last 4 weeks approx. How long did you suffer from morning sickness? Any tips on how to deal with it? I feel worse when i’m hungry and ginger biscuits seem to help but don’t want to eat too many of them!! Also was your morning sickness the same with second pregnancy as it was with the first? Just wondered because this is my second and i think it went by 10 or 11 weeks with the first so i’m hoping it’ll be the same this time!!     I am 22 weeks pregnant and have had morning sickness the WHOLE TIME!!! I have tried eating crackers, and toast and laying in the bed for 30 minutes before i got up. I have tried taking a cool bath as soon as i wake up, taking my prenatal vitamins at night before i go to bed because it would make me sick during the day. I can’t function like I want to. My doctor told me not to work until it gets better. And I have also tried to drink ginger tea when I wake up too. Nothing seems to work… PLEASE HELP ME!!!

      Sorry to hear that you are still sick! I had morning sickness from 4 weeks and am now 38 weeks and am still getting sick so hopefully you’ll be done sooner than I was! My doctor told me to take a vitamin b12 and half a unisom (I would talk to your doctor before starting this though!) I didnt try it because I didnt want to take anything if at all possible….However, to keep the nausea at bay while I was at work I used the preggo pops to suck on, and if I kept food in my stomach that helped a little bit too, try to eat a few smaller meals. Hopefully it will go away soon!!!

    How To Get Rid Of Morning Sickness?
    I was wondering some tips on how to get rid of morning sickness? I heard about preggie pops did they work for anyone? or got any other suggestions?? I was never this sick with my daughter.

      If you figure it out please let me know. LOL!! I have been sick for over 7 weeks now and I have noticed any kind of fresh fruit makes me feel a bit better. Best of Luck

    Can anybody help with my morning sickness?
    I’m not even 7 weeks yet and I could die. I’ve never been so miserable in my life! I can’t eat, drink, leave the house. And it lasts ALL DAY. I usually stop throwing up around 3 in the afternoon, but I still feel terrible. I work in restaurant and it’s unbearable at this point smelling everything and having to puke all the time. I know I’m not the first person to get morning sickness, I just feel so disgusting. Anyone have any tips for getting through it?

    • ANSWER:
      Try and find different things that you can eat. I had morning sickness pretty bad and the only things that helped me was apples and wheat thins. I pretty much just lived on that for the first few weeks. Also, if you have morning sickness bad enough I know that there is a medicine that your doctor can prescribe for you that is specifically for morning sickness. Good luck!
