I know a lot of people have different remedies for morning sickness. What are some of your?
The best one I have found is lemon drops. The old fashioned kind made with real lemon. They are wonderful.

One I know of, which was recently featured on the Oprah show is using a netta pot to rise out your sinuses. apparently this helps control allergies.

Question by hughes: Morning sickness remedies when you’re still hiding your pregnancy?
I’m starting to get mild morning sickness at work during the day. Not running to the bathroom, but feeling queasy and dizzy. I’m only seven weeks along, so I haven’t announced yet. I’m worried that the secret will get out if people start noticing me stuffing my face with saltine crackers or eating ginger–you know, those well-known morning sickness remedies. Already I’ve had to make up a reason for having a huge box of saltines in my desk drawer (I’m on a soup kick!).
Does anyone know any good remedies for morning sickness that are not so well known, so I can fly under the radar for just a few more weeks?

One of the things that worked well for me was sour candies. You could probably be discreet with those. I never knew about them as a remedy until I started hunting around the internet looking for ideas.
